1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be made with accurate personal and travel information.
• Advance booking is highly recommended to ensure vehicle fleet availability.
• Official booking confirmation will be provided via phone call or direct message.

2. Payment Terms

• The preferred payment method will be mutually agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Advance payment thresholds may be required for specialized or long-distance journeys.
• The remaining payment balance must be fully cleared before or at the exact time of service delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be communicated to our team as early as possible.
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to processing or vehicle reservation charges.
• No-show bookings with no prior communication may not be refunded.

4. Use of Vehicle

• All fleet vehicles are provided strictly with our professional, certified drivers only.
• Customers must not misuse, alter, or damage any part of the vehicle during the ride.
• Smoking, illegal substances, activities, or general misconduct inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Driver & Customer Conduct

• All clients are expected to treat drivers with mutual professional respect.
• Drivers retain the absolute right to refuse service instantly in cases of inappropriate behavior or safety concerns.
• Travel routes and requested itinerary stops should be communicated clearly to our dispatch office in advance.

6. Delays & Responsibilities

While we always strive to provide impeccable, on-time service, Travel With Chauffeur / Shazim is not responsible for arrival delays directly caused by:

• Unforeseen traffic congestion or accidents
• Severe weather conditions
• Sudden road closures, construction, or unexpected route updates

7. Liability

Travel With Shazim is explicitly not responsible for:

• The damage or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Delays that occur entirely beyond our operational control.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from trip disruptions.

Customers are heavily advised to keep their valuable items safe and accounted for at all times.

8. Service Availability

Our premium luxury transport services are actively available across:

• Faisalabad

Please note that fleet availability may vary depending on seasonal demand and booking schedules.

9. Pricing

Final service rates may vary based on specific trip attributes:
